Thierry Mugler

Thierry Mugler’s early training was as a ballet dancer, but he also studied design and created garments for friends at the same time. He moved to Paris in 1970 and worked as a window-dresser, designing clothing as a side job. He launched his first line Café de Paris in 1973, and founded his own label for women two years later, to be followed by designs for men in 1978.

Grosfilley France has been the licensee for the eyewear brand since 2003 with a close and effective collaboration creating a collection inspired by the sophisticated spirit and rigour of the brand line of the on, jewellery and the famous ANGEL perfume.

The eyewear collection includes optical and sunglass models for men and women and are targeted at the multi-focal wearer.
